KIANA DRESS

KIANA DRESS

evening dresses melbourne

As a working woman I often find myself in a race against time. Constantly! Whether it’s running from the gym to the workplace or the workplace to an evening dinner. It always feels as though time is not on my side! As this always seems to be the case I’ve had to come up with some serious short cuts to make the most of my jam packed days. Lets be brutally honest about constantly being on the go it is tough! The last thing one needs to worry about is their choice of clothing. This can slow you down especially if you are darting straight from work to drinks, dinner or a work related event.

I tend to choose a dress that can fit in as a work wear piece but something which will also make heads turn in the evening. I generally tend to stick to dresses with clean lines which skim the silhouette in a pencil fitting form. For the daytime office hours I tend to team this up with a sleek blazer or fitted cardigan. During the day I  prefer wearing mid heels which can either be a  court shoe or a peep toe shoe. However for later in the evening I’ll pack a pair of killer heeled sandals, brighter lipstick, a clutch and some evening jewellery such as a statement necklace or earrings.

At the moment one of my personal desk to dinner dresses is our sophisticated Kiana Dress. It is featured in an elegantly cut tailored silhouette in a form skimming design. It comes in a contemporary sleeveless design which is easy to team up with a blazer or cardigan for during the day. The beautiful subtle print makes it a distinctive choice. Style it with bold statement jewellery and killer heels for an evening look.

Finally freshen up, a swipe of mascara to your lashes, a coat of darker lipstick, a flick of blusher and lastly give yourself a spritz of your favourite fragrance and you are all set for the evening!
